The Medicine Bow Wind Project records contain agreements between the United States and Carbon County, Wyoming regarding the use of Carbon County roads for access to erect a wind generator on Site A (1980), environmental statement proposal by the Department of the Interior (1979), and Wind-Hydroelectric Energy Integration Project System Verification Reports to the Bureau of Reclamation, North Platte Office in Casper, Wyoming (1980). There are United Technologies Corporation, Hamilton Standard Division monthly progress reports and monthly technical progress narratives to NASA-Lewis Research Center and the Water and Power Resources Service (1981-1983). There are also blueprints (1980). Also contains drawings, manuals, Hamilton Standard Aperture Cards, general files, copies of Wind Energy Weekly, the American Wind Energy Association, newsletters, general site files, wind speed data and specifications files.
